I am not someone who usually leaves reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience.
I saw the 5-star reviews and thought I was in for a pleasant experience, but unfortunately that was not the case.
I booked transport for my wedding and provided all the necessary details via email. Despite multiple email exchanges, it seemed that no notes were being taken. I even followed up the week before the wedding to confirm everything and requested that one car be cancelled. I was told I would not receive the refund until after the event.
The night before my wedding day at 6pm. Maddy called to confirm the pickup locations and times, but several details were incorrect. This was extremely unsettling given that I had already provided the information multiple times in writing over email.
After the wedding, I had to make numerous attempts to follow up regarding my refund. It was not processed until seven weeks after the event.
Planning a wedding is stressful enough without having to chase up basic administrative issues. If you're looking for reliable service and a smooth experience on an important day, I would not recommend using this company.

I made an inquiry to organise a chauffeur service nearly a year in advance. I would say nearly every other provider used legacy platforms to engage with their offering which made the perception feel outdated. iChauffeur has been nothing short of impressive, their attention to detail, prompt reply and customer service have been a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking to book their services!

This was such an easy car service to use. I used this for a day in the Yarra valley in May 2026. Very prompt and punctual. Great communication, would recommend. The driver was polite and the car very clean. What more would you need.

I had a great experience with iChauffer. Our involved multiple pick ups, drop offs over a 10 hour period with baby and child seats too, and this company delivered. From having a formal quote to us within 30 minutes of our enquiry, competitive pricing, stellar service before and on the day also, I have nothing but great things to say. Our driver on the day Aman was an absolute gentleman.

The team at iChauffeur Melbourne were incredibly helpful with our transfers for two international guests. Despite a number of changes to flight details, pick up times, and additional services requested, they managed everything with professionalism and understanding. All of this on one of the busiest weekends in Melbourne with the Grand Prix on. Could not recommend this exceptional chauffeur service in Melbourne highly enough.

We needed reliable time sensitive transport in Melbourne, some distance from the city - someone from ichauffeur called immediately in response to our query and inside 20 minutes it was organised, paid and the loveliest gentleman picked us up from our inner city hotel the next morning right on time. Comfortable car, good driver for the over an hour trip. Thank you, easy to deal with, any potential users can book with confidence. Really appreciated it. This was for business, but I'm sure they'd be just as reliable for a domestic requirement.

After working out the details for us, I had to change our trip. Maddy quickly accommodated us and refunded the part of our trip I needed to cancel.

Wanted to say this whole experience with ichauffeur has been amazing, from the very first phone call they have treated us with upmost respect and professionalism.
With our turns of events, we had to book them for a wedding very last minute, like 2 days before events last minute, I called them not expecting too much but they went out of their way to help us out with our problem.
On the day, our driver was very professional and always on time at each drop off and pick up location.
Definitely recommend this company, great cars very clean and great prices.
