We have never used chauffeured services in Melbourne previously. We were hosting a turkish family for the weekend and wanted to give them a unique experience of Melbourne and surrounds so we decided to take them to the Yarra Valley, Healesville Sanctuary and Black Spur. I did a search of chauffeured services and rang iChauffeur. The driver Maddy was brilliant. We and our guests had a flawless experience. Outstanding service by this company and driver. I saw the 5-star reviews and thought I was in for a pleasant experience, but unfortunately that was not the case.
I booked transport for my wedding and provided all the necessary details via email. Despite multiple email exchanges, it seemed that no notes were being taken. I even followed up the week before the wedding to confirm everything and requested that one car be cancelled. I was told I would not receive the refund until after the event.
The night before my wedding day at 6pm. Maddy called to confirm the pickup locations and times, but several details were incorrect. This was extremely unsettling given that I had already provided the information multiple times in writing over email.
After the wedding, I had to make numerous attempts to follow up regarding my refund. It was not processed until seven weeks after the event.
Planning a wedding is stressful enough without having to chase up basic administrative issues. If you're looking for reliable service and a smooth experience on an important day, I would not recommend using this company.

I made an inquiry to organise a chauffeur service nearly a year in advance. I would say nearly every other provider used legacy platforms to engage with their offering which made the perception feel outdated. iChauffeur has been nothing short of impressive, their attention to detail, prompt reply and customer service have been a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking to book their services!

We needed reliable time sensitive transport in Melbourne, some distance from the city - someone from ichauffeur called immediately in response to our query and inside 20 minutes it was organised, paid and the loveliest gentleman picked us up from our inner city hotel the next morning right on time. Wanted to say this whole experience with ichauffeur has been amazing, from the very first phone call they have treated us with upmost respect and professionalism.
With our turns of events, we had to book them for a wedding very last minute, like 2 days before events last minute, I called them not expecting too much but they went out of their way to help us out with our problem.
On the day, our driver was very professional and always on time at each drop off and pick up location.
